North Dakota State University’s women’s basketball program has unveiled its 2026‑27 slate, a 29‑game journey that blends challenging non‑conference road trips with a packed home schedule at the Scheels Center in Fargo.
2026‑27 Schedule Overview
The Bison will open the season with a trio of non‑conference matchups against Gonzaga, Augustana and Creighton before embarking on a five‑game road swing that includes contests with Butler, UTRGV and UTSA. Those early games set the tone for a schedule that also features a West Palm Beach Classic showdown against Saint Louis and Temple in December.
Four of the non‑conference opponents — Gonzaga, UTSA, Fairfield and Missouri State — earned spots in the NCAA Tournament last season, underscoring the strength of the Bison’s early slate. Home games against Augustana on Nov. 5 and Creighton on Nov. 9 will give fans a chance to see the team in action at the Scheels Center, where a total of 12 home dates are slated.
The regular‑season conference battle begins in early January, running through late February and culminating in the Summit League Tournament in Sioux Falls from March 4‑7 at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. The Bison will host North Dakota on Feb. 26 and travel to St. Thomas on Feb. 7 as part of the league schedule.
The non‑conference schedule concludes with a home game against Dordt on Dec. 30, providing a final tune‑up before the league slate intensifies.
Season tickets go on sale Sept. 1, with pricing starting at $125 and options ranging from lower‑bowl to balcony and premium seating. Single‑game tickets will be available beginning Oct. 1, giving fans ample opportunity to secure seats for what promises to be a competitive campaign.
