The Cheyenne Recreation Division has opened registration for its K‑2 youth basketball league, inviting children in kindergarten through second grade to sign up by October 22.
Registration and Fees
The standard registration fee is $65 per player, while those who register after the deadline will incur an additional $25 charge for the period from October 23 to November 5.
Participants will receive a jersey, a basketball, a commemorative medal and a team photograph, and they will compete in six Saturday games that run from January through February.
Game and Practice Schedule
Practices begin on January 4 at the Beast Facility, with two sessions per week; exact times will be determined after the rosters are finalized.
The league strives to pair teammates from the same school or triad, but when that is not possible it will group students from different schools to create balanced teams.
