Standing 6-foot-3 and weighing 180 pounds, Harrington brings a versatile skill set that could see him line up at either cornerback or safety. He is currently ranked No. 8 at the safety position and No. 124 overall in his class, and last season recorded 50 tackles, nine pass breakups and three interceptions.
