The early years were marked by impromptu games with her sister and mother, turning a simple pastime into a serious pursuit by the time she was four.
Junior Triumphs
She climbed the ranks with the Mississauga Chiefs and later the Brampton Jr. Canadettes in the Ontario Women’s Hockey League, earning a captaincy in her final season. Over 30 games in 2021‑22 she recorded 15 goals, 18 assists and 33 points, a performance that earned her team MVP honors and a reputation as a clutch leader.

She also led the Bulldogs as captain, a role that cemented her reputation as a strategic thinker and a teammate.
