Regional Recognition for Kean Baseball Standouts
The 2026 D3Baseball.com Region IV All‑Region teams have been announced, and Kean University celebrates the inclusion of four of its players among the honorees. The selections reflect a season in which the program posted competitive statistics and demonstrated depth across both hitting and pitching.
Jude Clough and Cole McGourty earned first‑team honors, marking their inaugural appearances on the all‑region list. Clough batted .372 over 45 games, compiling 58 hits, 50 runs, 41 RBI, 15 doubles and five home runs. McGourty, meanwhile, posted a .368 average with 25 hits, 18 runs, 17 RBI and five doubles, while also contributing a 1.80 ERA, 20 strikeouts and a 3‑1 record from 25 innings pitched.
Lucas White received second‑team recognition in his first all‑region nod. He posted a 3.47 ERA with 41 strikeouts and a 6‑1 record across 57 innings, showcasing a reliable arm that helped anchor the rotation.
Tyler Stone secured third‑team honors for the third consecutive year, underscoring his consistency. He hit .365 with 61 hits, 52 RBI, 43 runs, nine doubles, five triples and five home runs over 45 games, reinforcing his status as a cornerstone of the lineup.
The quartet’s recognitions highlight a Kean baseball program that continues to compete aggressively within Division III. Their achievements not only reflect individual excellence but also signal the team’s upward trajectory as it builds on a promising season.
