Season tickets on sale for Fighting Illini women's basketball
Fans can now purchase general admission season tickets for the upcoming 2026‑27 Illinois Fighting Illini women's basketball season at a flat rate of $65 each through the university's online ticketing portal.
The remaining inventory will become available to the broader public on June 29, giving supporters a second opportunity to secure seats before the new campaign begins.
Current ticket holders must complete the renewal process online no later than June 5; those who do so will be eligible to participate in a seat‑upgrade lottery that commences in late June.
Under head coach Shauna Green, who is entering her fifth year, the program boasts a 51‑15 home record over the past four seasons and has already upset five opponents ranked in the AP Top‑20.
Green’s recent victory over a ranked rival moved her into second place on the school’s all‑time coaching win list, underscoring her impact in just four seasons.
The Illini concluded the 2025‑26 season with 22 wins, captured a postseason berth and posted an NCAA Tournament victory, marking back‑to‑back tournament wins for the first time since the late 1990s.
Home crowds averaged 5,766 spectators per game, ranking fifth within the Big Ten and 14th nationally, while total home attendance reached 98,014, the second‑highest in program history.
Program officials say these strong attendance figures reflect growing fan interest and a clear intent to build on the momentum, as the team continues to rank among the top tiers of the conference.
