The Southern Ohio Conference unveiled its 2024 All-Conference baseball and softball teams on Tuesday, recognizing standout performances across its three divisions and highlighting co‑players of the year, pitchers, and coaches.
Division I Baseball
In Division I, Luke Cassidy of Portsmouth Notre Dame and Evan Rider of Portsmouth Clay shared the honor of Co‑Players of the Year, capping a season that saw them dominate both the mound and the plate.
Jon Knapp from Green earned the title of Division I Baseball Pitcher of the Year, while Dave Shoupe of the same school was named Division I Baseball Coach of the Year.
Division II Baseball
Aidden Armbrister of Northwest was crowned Division II Baseball Player of the Year, and Tanner Corn of Symmes Valley took the pitcher award. Jason Nelson of Northwest was recognized as Division II Baseball Coach of the Year.
Division III Baseball
Nolan Barnett from Lucasville Valley earned Player of the Year, with Mason Bradley of Minford named Pitcher of the Year. Eli Daniels of Minford was selected as Division III Baseball Coach of the Year.
Division I Softball
Kate Entler of Notre Dame was named Division I Softball Player of the Year, while Ava Rush secured the Pitcher honor. Shad Ford of Notre Dame was honored as Division I Softball Coach of the Year.
Division II Softball
Marley Ferguson from Symmes Valley earned Player of the Year, and Brenna Tibbs was named Pitcher of the Year. Odie Estep of Symmes Valley was recognized as Division II Softball Coach of the Year.
Division III Softball
Ava Estep from Wheelersburg took Player of the Year, sharing the Pitcher award with Kendyl Christman of Valley. Chad Wolfe of Valley was named Division III Softball Coach of the Year.
