Summer Basketball Camp Returns to Forest Hills
The Pistons Academy is set to host a three‑day basketball camp at Forest Hills Eastern High School, bringing youth players from across Michigan together for intensive training and fun.
Running from June 24 through June 26, the camp operates daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering a structured schedule that blends skill development, scrimmages and teamwork drills.
Open to boys and girls entering third grade through ninth grade, the program welcomes participants of all abilities, from beginners to more experienced players looking to sharpen their game.
What Participants Can Expect
Each day features a mix of fundamental instruction, competitive play and guest demonstrations, all designed to foster a love of the sport while emphasizing sportsmanship and personal growth.
Registration is available online and costs $325 per athlete, covering instruction, facilities and materials for the full three‑day experience.
Aaron Smith, senior director of youth engagement for the Pistons Academy, highlighted the camp’s community impact, noting that “the Morning Mix” will help spread the word to families eager for a quality basketball experience.
