The University of Massachusetts has released its full slate of games for the 2026 football season, outlining kickoff times, venues and broadcast partners.
Season Opener Details
The Minutemen will open the campaign on September 3, traveling to SHI Stadium in Piscataway, New Jersey, to face Rutgers. The game is set to air on the Big Ten Network, marking the first meeting of the season.
Later in the month, UMass will host Sacred Heart on September 12 and Stonehill on September 19, both slated for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff that will stream on ESPN+.
Broadcast Landscape
All of the team's contests will be carried across ESPN's family of networks — including ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and the streaming service ESPN+ — while select road games will also be televised on CBS Sports Network.
The previously scheduled October 24 matchup at UConn has been moved to October 23, with a 7 p.m. start and a CBS Sports Network broadcast.
Key Road Contests
A November 28 showdown at Bowling Green will feature a noon kickoff, rounding out the regular‑season slate.
