2026 All-ECAC Honorees
The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has unveiled its 2026 Division III Baseball All-ECAC Team, recognizing the season’s top performers across member institutions and celebrating the athletes who have shaped the conference’s competitive landscape.
Farmingdale State College junior Richie Heyder was selected as the league’s Player of the Year after a standout campaign that combined power hitting with solid defensive contributions, underscoring his impact on the team’s success.
Salisbury University’s Aidan Brinsfield earned Pitcher of the Year honors, while teammate Nathan Tondreault took home Rookie of the Year, highlighting the program’s depth in the pitching rotation and its ability to produce immediate talent.
Paul Benim, head coach of Penn State Behrend, was named Coach of the Year for guiding his squad through a remarkable turnaround, demonstrating leadership that resonated throughout the conference.
The All-ECAC selections span a wide geographic footprint, with representatives from colleges in Connecticut, New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, reflecting the conference’s extensive reach across the Northeast.
