Senators Elite Hockey Development Launches 2013 High Performance Camp

July 2026 camp in Kanata offers elite training, mentorship and showcase opportunities

2013 High Performance Training & Mentorship Camp

Senators Elite Hockey Development has opened registration for its 2013 High Performance Training & Mentorship Camp, scheduled for July 2026 at the Bell Sensplex in Kanata, Ontario. The seven‑day program is tailored to elite players born in 2013 who are capable of competing at the Tier I level, and it combines on‑ice instruction with off‑ice education.

Participants will receive 17.5 hours of ice time divided among individual skill sessions, team practices and exhibition games, all supervised by a roster of professional coaches and trainers. A dedicated goalie coach will provide position‑specific instruction, while qualified trainers will be present for every game.

The camp’s staff includes Andy Bryan, Steve Spott, Chris Schwarz, Derek Schoenmakers, Mike King and Nick Baptiste, who will lead on‑ice drills, video analysis sessions and mentorship workshops. Education on high‑performance hockey will be woven throughout the schedule, and all end‑of‑day games will be streamed live on LiveBarn.

Selected players will travel from Ottawa to the Mini Chowder Cup in the Greater Boston Area from July 10 to 12, where they will compete against top regional teams. Top performers in forward, defence and goaltending will earn sponsorship toward the 2026/27 SEHD programming season.

Applications close on June 22, and the camp fee covers all instruction, catered lunches from Centre Ice Sports Bar and access to the live broadcast. For further details and registration, interested athletes should visit the official Senators Elite Hockey Development website.
