Brody Ososki, a senior at Big Rapids High School in Michigan, has emerged as a two‑sport standout, making his mark on both the baseball diamond and the ice rink.
A Season of Milestones
On the hockey side, Ososki finished the year with 34 goals and 24 assists, accumulating 58 points and securing a spot on the all‑state team. He reached a personal milestone by scoring his 30th goal late in the season, surpassing his previous high of 15.
Coach Tim Blashill, who has mentored Ososki throughout his high school career, praised the player’s leadership and described him as an ambassador for the program, noting that teammates view him as a brother.
Looking Ahead
After graduation, Ososki will shift his focus to junior hockey in New Mexico, a move that excites him despite the inevitable farewells to his current teammates. He remains determined to help his baseball squad chase a district championship against Cadillac before leaving.
