Conor Daly to Drive Kaulig Racing’s No. 25 Truck at Indianapolis

The Indiana native will make his second start on the 2.5‑mile oval as part of a five‑truck lineup

Conor Daly, the Indiana‑born driver who has contested the Indianapolis 500, the NASCAR Cup Series and the Daytona 500, has signed on to pilot the No. 25 Kaulig Racing truck in the Craftsman Truck Series at Indianapolis Raceway Park. The upcoming race will mark his seventh appearance in the Truck Series and his second time competing on the 2.5‑mile oval, a track where he previously finished 17th at Kansas in 2024.

Daly’s résumé also includes three starts in the Cup Series, three in the Xfinity Series, and a 29th‑place finish in the 2023 Daytona 500. He led four laps during the 2023 Indianapolis 500, finishing 12th, and posted a best Truck Series result of sixth in that same event.

Expressing excitement about returning to his home state, Daly noted that the presence of family and friends in the stands adds a special layer of motivation to the challenge.

A new chapter

He will be joined by a stable of four fellow competitors — Corey LaJoie, Brenden 'Butterbean' Queen, Mini Tyrrell and Justin Haley — forming a five‑truck roster that Kaulig Racing believes can contend for stage wins and playoff spots.

The partnership underscores Kaulig Racing’s ambition to expand its program, while Daly’s blend of road‑course experience and oval expertise could prove pivotal as the team seeks its first Truck Series victory.
