What made the event especially unique was the venue: the same practice fields the Packers use during the NFL season, giving young athletes a rare glimpse of the professional environment.
Ryan Fencl, the Packers’ Football Outreach coordinator, emphasized the significance of the setting, noting that “playing on the very turf where our own players train adds an extra layer of inspiration for these kids.”
Victorious squads in each division now earn the chance to represent the Packers at the NFL Flag Football Championships slated for Westfield, Indiana, in July, where they will face champions from other regions.
