The camp, which gathers 56 of the nation’s top non‑draft‑eligible college players, provides a platform for athletes to showcase their abilities before a national audience.
Exhibition Games and Stars vs. Stripes Series
Over three days, participants will compete in exhibition games against Appalachian League squads, setting the stage for a five‑game Stars versus Stripes series that will follow.
International Tournament in Taiwan
After the exhibition schedule, the collegiate squad will travel to Taichung City, Taiwan, to compete in the inaugural World Collegiate Baseball Championship, slated for July 11‑15. The event will feature teams from the United States, Chinese Taipei, Japan, and Korea, divided into pool play, semifinals and a final.
The tournament is being organized jointly by the United States, the Chinese Taipei Baseball Association and the Japan University Baseball Federation, underscoring its international significance.
For the University of Louisville, Davis’s selection represents the 26th time a Cardinals player has been invited to a USA Baseball training camp, highlighting the program’s consistent pipeline of talent.
