J.J. Yeley, who will make his second start of the 2026 season at Michigan, brings a wealth of experience to the track. Over his career he has accumulated 397 Cup Series starts, with a best finish of second place achieved in the 2007 Coca‑Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Earlier this year he narrowly missed the Daytona 500 field and later competed at EchoPark Speedway in Atlanta, where a crash ended his run at lap 221.
The upcoming races will test Yeley’s skill on two distinct ovals.
