The opening battle against The Citadel will kick off at 6 p.m. on August 29, and the evening will conclude with a fireworks display that promises to light up the campus sky.
Later in the month, the team will host Gardner‑Webb on September 5 at 1:30 p.m., followed by a September 26 clash with Tennessee Tech that coincides with Family Weekend celebrations.
Homecoming weekend will see VMI visit on October 17 at 1:30 p.m., while the regular‑season finale against East Tennessee State is slated for November 14 at the same afternoon slot.
Beyond the on‑field action, fans can look forward to the revival of “Terrier Town,” a pre‑game fan fest featuring food trucks, interactive games and family‑friendly activities outside Gibbs Stadium.
Road‑game start times and the Southern Conference television schedule are slated for release later this summer, with the league’s preseason poll and media day scheduled for July 21.
