The third annual "Train Like a Champ" basketball camp, organized by former college star Marcus Willis Sr., has taken root in Bellmead, Texas, drawing young athletes from across the region and beyond.

Joining Willis on the sidelines are alumni KP Parr and his daughter Mimi Willis, who together bring a blend of playing experience and fresh energy to the coaching staff.
Mimi Willis, who helps her father run the event, describes the camp as a family reunion that also serves as a platform for mentorship, allowing the next generation to learn from those who have walked the same courts.
Coach Willis emphasizes that the initiative is about giving back to the Bellmead community, noting that the camp is open to any kid, any district, not just those from La Vega.
