On Tuesday night the Preble softball team erupted for a 12‑2 victory over West De Pere, a performance that secured their place in the WIAA Division 1 Sectional finals and kept their championship hopes alive.
Later that evening the Denmark squad also moved forward, topping Kewaskum in their matchup and adding another win to the local teams' tally.
In girls soccer Regionals, De Pere turned the tables on Preble, edging them 4‑1 and advancing to the next round, underscoring the competitive spirit across the area's high school programs.
