The win puts Oak Hills one victory away from its first regional championship since 1981. Meanwhile, Anderson and Harrison advanced to the Division II regional final after a 3-1 win for Anderson, highlighted by Grant Fyffe’s complete‑game effort that yielded just two hits and four strikeouts. Carson Glen’s two‑bagger in the third inning doubled home Brayden Moore to knot the game at 1‑1 before the teams settled into a tighter contest.
Pitching Highlights
In Division II, St. Xavier’s Jack Ryan delivered a no‑hitter against Elder, showcasing dominant pitching that kept the opposition silent through nine innings. The performance added to a growing list of standout outings for the team’s ace.
Moeller also moved toward the state tournament with a 7-0 shutout of Centerville. The Wildcats built a 2-0 lead in the first inning on a bases‑loaded single from Teagan Cumberland, then pulled away with five runs in the sixth.
