Nebraska unveils 2026‑27 Big Ten slate
The university announced Tuesday that the Huskers will contest a 20‑game conference schedule next season, a slate that blends ten home contests with ten away games against Big Ten rivals.
Ten of those matchups will be played on the Pinnacle Bank Arena floor, featuring Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ohio State, Penn State, Rutgers, UCLA and USC. The return of the Wolverines marks the first time a defending national champion has visited Lincoln since Kansas in 2009.
Road challenges await
Nebraska will travel to Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan State, Northwestern, Oregon, Penn State, Purdue, Washington and Wisconsin, testing the team against a varied set of opponents across the Midwest and West Coast.
The conference has designated Iowa, Michigan State and Penn State as double‑play partners, meaning the Huskers will meet each of those teams both at home and on the road, adding extra significance to those matchups.
