The Dynasty Landscape
In the latest dynasty rankings, three quarterbacks—Jordan Love, Jared Goff and Bryce Young—are clustered between the 15th and 23rd spots. The proximity of their rankings masks starkly different career trajectories and risk profiles, prompting analysts to question whether holding onto them is prudent.
Jordan Love, currently the starter for the Green Bay Packers, has shown flashes of potential but remains limited by a low ceiling and a lack of rushing threat. His most productive fantasy season yielded just over 16 points per game, and he has never crossed the 250‑yard rushing mark or recorded five touchdowns in a single campaign.
Jared Goff, now 31 and entering his second stint with the Chicago Bears, has been more consistent, posting at least 16 points per game in each of his last four seasons. Yet his age and the inevitable decline that accompanies it raise concerns about his ability to replicate that production in the upcoming campaign.
Bryce Young, the former number‑one overall pick of the Carolina Panthers, has struggled to find stability. He has yet to reach a 14‑point fantasy threshold and may not secure a reliable starting role by 2026, making his long‑term value uncertain.
Looking Ahead
The common thread among these quarterbacks is upside tempered by volatility. While each possesses the talent to exceed expectations, the convergence of injury risk, age, and team context suggests that trading them now could free up assets for more dependable options.
