Belmont University’s associate head coach Brendan Mullins has earned an invitation to the 2026 TopConnect Basketball Symposium, a prestigious gathering that assembles the next generation of college basketball innovators.
A Strategic Opportunity for Coaching Innovation
The symposium will take place on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, bringing together 50 emerging leaders from across the sport for a weekend of intensive professional development.
Mullins, who is entering his first year on Evan Bradds’ coaching staff, brings nearly two decades of experience in collegiate basketball, having navigated both on‑court strategy and program administration.
Participants will engage in sessions covering leadership development, hiring practices, and fundraising strategies, while also networking with athletic directors, conference commissioners and other industry decision‑makers.
The event underscores Belmont’s growing influence in the coaching carousel and highlights the university’s commitment to fostering talent that can shape the future of the game.
