Novak‑Lenoir arrives with more than a decade of collegiate coaching experience and a career tally that exceeds one hundred victories, a milestone that reflects both consistency and competitive edge.
Her coaching journey includes tenures at the University of Mary Hardin‑Baylor, Hawaii Pacific University and Sul Ross State University, where she captured multiple conference titles, led teams to NCAA Tournament appearances and set program‑defining records.
At UMHB she compiled a 46‑34 record over three seasons, guided her squad to an American Southwest Conference regular‑season championship and an NCAA Tournament berth, and even established an NCAA All‑Divisions record with 14 consecutive three‑pointers in a single game during the 2025‑26 campaign.
The new coach also boasts a résumé of player development, having mentored 14 All‑ASC selections, three ASC superlative award winners and a host of NAIA and Division III All‑Americans throughout her career.
