The Ohio Valley Conference has officially released its men’s soccer schedule for the upcoming season, outlining a ten‑game conference slate for each of its member institutions.
The Screaming Eagles will begin conference play on September 26 when they travel to face Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Conference play will run through early November, with each team scheduled for ten matches that include a mix of double‑headers against select opponents and single contests with the rest of the league.
For the University of Southern Indiana, the schedule features two meetings apiece with SIUE, Eastern Illinois University and Western Illinois University, while the remaining four rivals will be encountered once.
The full slate also introduces a new affiliate member, the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, adding a fresh matchup to the mix.
Notable New Affiliates
The addition of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley as an affiliate member brings a new geographic dimension to the conference, expanding rivalries and travel opportunities for the existing schools.
All conference games are slated to conclude by November 1, providing a compact but competitive schedule for the participating programs.
