The Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons are scheduled to host the Purdue Boilermakers in an exhibition game on October 22 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Ticket sales will open to the public in August, but Mastodon season ticket holders will enjoy priority access, ensuring early entry for the most dedicated fans.
The exhibition arrives as part of a period of sustained excellence for the Mastodons, who have logged five consecutive winning seasons and amassed 257 victories since 2013, the second‑most in Horizon League history.
Head coach Jon Coffman has guided the program to signature wins over traditional powerhouses, including Indiana, Notre Dame, DePaul and Grand Canyon, underscoring the team’s ability to compete with top‑tier opponents.
Adding to the excitement, the Boilermakers recently advanced to the NCAA Elite Eight and finished the season ranked No. 6 in the final Associated Press Top 25 poll, promising a competitive and high‑profile preseason test for both squads.
