OSU Baseball Earns All-Central Region Honors

Oklahoma State University celebrated a milestone as three of its baseball standouts were selected for the 2026 ABCA/Rawlings All-Central Region team, a testament to the program’s rising competitiveness and the talent it continues to develop.

Aidan Meola earned a first-team nod at third base after posting a .320 batting average, hitting 17 home runs and driving in 69 runs over 50 games. His 1.38 RBIs per game rank fourth nationally, and he stands second on the Cowboys in both homers and RBIs, while also posting a .644 slugging percentage and a 1.069 OPS.

Outfielder Kollin Ritchie matched that offensive firepower with a .326 average, 31 homers, 75 RBIs and 185 total bases in 60 games. His .804 slugging percentage and 1.266 OPS place him inside the top twelve nationally across several key categories, underscoring his all-around impact.

Pitcher Ethan Lund anchored the rotation with a 5-3 record, a 5.34 ERA and 137 strikeouts in 84 ⅓ innings. His strikeout total ranks second in the NCAA this season and eighth in OSU history, while his 14.62 strikeouts per nine innings position him third nationally in that metric.

The Central Region, which spans 37 Division I programs across Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota and South Dakota, remains a hotbed for elite collegiate talent, and OSU’s representation highlights its growing influence within the landscape.
