2026 Oklahoma High School Baseball All-City Teams Spotlight Standout Players

The Oklahoman’s annual selections celebrate top performers and coaching excellence across the state

The Oklahoman’s annual Big All-City baseball team selections spotlight the state’s most dominant high school players, honoring those who have excelled across the diamond this season.

Among the first-team catchers, Wyatt Williamson of Mustang impressed with a .365 batting average, three home runs and 47 runs batted in, underscoring his dual threat at the plate and behind it.

Player of the Year and Coach of the Year

Josiah Kemp from Choctaw earned the distinction of Player of the Year, a testament to his .509 average, five homers and 45 RBIs as an outfielder, numbers that have set a high bar for his peers.

Mason Avery of Carl Albert anchored the rotation as a first-team pitcher, finishing the year 10-0 with a 0.93 ERA over 60.1 innings and 85 strikeouts, a performance that helped his team maintain a steady climb in the rankings.

Joe Patterson, the Mustang coach, was recognized as Coach of the Year, reflecting his ability to guide his squad to a cohesive and competitive campaign throughout the schedule.

The second team also featured standouts such as Reid Smith from Piedmont and Kamden Mantooth from Mustang, who contributed significantly to their respective programs.

Honorable mentions were scattered among schools including Carl Albert, Choctaw, Deer Creek and Edmond Santa Fe, acknowledging the depth of talent across the state.
