Nate Ament, a one‑and‑done guard for the Tennessee Volunteers, has received an invitation to the 2026 NBA Draft green room in Brooklyn, a rite of passage for the league’s most coveted prospects.
The 6‑foot‑7 forward arrives after a season in which he averaged 16.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists, numbers that have translated into a first‑round projection despite a series of right‑leg setbacks.

Ament battled a high ankle sprain late in the campaign, missing two games before returning to lead the Volunteers with a 27‑point outburst against Auburn in the SEC Tournament. His ability to perform under pain has only amplified the buzz surrounding his draft stock.
