Iowa women's basketball has reoffered a scholarship to Jhaliana Guy, a highly touted 2028 guard from Clinton, after she backed away from her verbal commitment to Stanford.
Guy, who set a school record with 24.4 points per game last season and sank 87 three‑pointers, is ranked No. 16 nationally in her class by ESPN and is considered one of the most coveted prospects in the 2028 cycle.
Her recruitment résumé includes scholarship invitations from Michigan, USC, UCLA, Ohio State, Maryland and Illinois, and she earned an invitation to the USA Basketball U17 National Team trials, where she was among 22 finalists.
