A Season of Shared Experiences

This summer the waterfront stretching across San Pedro and Wilmington will pulse with activity, as the Port of Los Angeles rolls out a packed calendar of events that draw both locals and visitors.

West Harbor will debut as a designated Los Angeles World Cup Fan Zone, with viewing parties scheduled for July 14‑15 and July 18‑19, giving soccer enthusiasts a chance to cheer together amid the harbor scenery.

The 250th anniversary of the United States will be marked at Cabrillo Beach with a VIP celebration and a fireworks display that caps the Fourth of July festivities, while the San Pedro Fourth of July celebration will also feature a special party on the sand.

Car lovers can look forward to the Port of Los Angeles 2026 Cars & Stripes Forever! classic car show on June 26, and the area will also host grunion runs, art festivals, Shakespeare performances and pride festivals throughout the season.

In addition, the Port will offer free harbor boat tours and guided visits to historical sites, giving guests a chance to explore the waterfront’s heritage while enjoying the summer breeze.
