Emery Jones Launches Free Youth Football Camp in Baton Rouge

Former LSU and Ravens player partners with The W Consulting Group and BREC to mentor local athletes

Free Football Camp Set for June 13

Emery Jones, a former LSU Tiger and Baltimore Ravens player, is bringing his passion for the game to the community with a complimentary youth football camp scheduled for Saturday, June 13, at Memorial Stadium in Baton Rouge.

The event is a collaborative effort between Jones, The W Consulting Group, and BREC, aiming to sharpen football fundamentals while fostering mentorship, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship among participants.

Two distinct sessions will run on the same day: a morning slot from 9 a.m. to noon for children in grades 2 through 8, and an evening session from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for those in grades 9 through 12. Each session is designed to address age‑appropriate skill development and tactical understanding.

Attendees will receive a complimentary camp T‑shirt, meals, and hands‑on instruction from experienced coaches. Because space is limited, early registration is strongly encouraged to secure a spot.

Beyond the drills and games, the camp underscores a broader mission: to use sport as a vehicle for personal growth. By pairing skill work with lessons in leadership and character building, the organizers hope to leave a lasting impact on the young athletes who take part.
