South Dakota State University has unveiled the full slate of its seven home contests for the 2026 season, setting the stage for a busy start to the campaign.

The Jackrabbits open the year on Aug. 29 against Stetson, with the game slated for a 6 p.m. kickoff at Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium.

September brings a trio of back‑to‑back home matchups, each also scheduled for a 6 p.m. start, giving fans a chance to catch multiple games in a single weekend.

Missouri Valley Football Conference play begins on Sept. 19 when Youngstown State visits Brookings, marking the first conference test for the team.

Late‑Season Highlights

October’s schedule features two consecutive home games, highlighted by Hobo Day on Oct. 24, a tradition that draws alumni and supporters from across the region.

The regular season wraps up on Nov. 21 with a showdown against Indiana State, a night designated as Senior Day and Military Appreciation Day, honoring graduating players and service members.

Tickets are currently on sale through the Jackrabbit Ticket Office and via the online portal JackrabbitTickets.com, where season passes and mini‑plan packages can be secured.

Starting July 21, three‑game mini‑plans will become available, while single‑game tickets for the general public go on sale Aug. 4, ensuring broad access for the upcoming slate.
