Panthers Gear Up for Draft Day Festivities
The Florida Panthers announced that they will hold a 2026 NHL Draft Watch Party at the Baptist Health IcePlex in Sunrise on June 26, inviting fans to celebrate the upcoming draft with a full slate of activities.
Live coverage of the draft will begin at 7 p.m. Eastern on ESPN and ESPN+, while Panthers radio play‑by‑play Doug Plagens and analyst Billy Lindsay will broadcast from the rink starting at 6 p.m. A special pre‑draft panel moderated by Steve Goldstein will kick off the evening’s on‑ice programming, which includes a “skate and watch” session during public skating and a Learn to Curl lesson.
Attendees can enjoy inflatables, interactive games, food vendors and a marketplace featuring Pantherland merchandise, and they are encouraged to bring school supplies to support the Broward Education Foundation’s drive.
