Presbyterian College announced this week that Corey Harris will join the women's basketball program as an assistant coach, bringing a decade of collegiate experience to the Blue Hose staff.
Harris arrives after a standout tenure at the College of Coastal Georgia, where he steered the Mariners to their most successful season in program history, highlighted by a record-breaking offensive output and a string of postseason recognitions.
A Proven Leader
During his two‑year stint as interim head coach, Harris guided the team to a 12‑win campaign and posted a 56.6% winning percentage, underscoring his ability to translate strategy into results.
His coaching journey also includes three seasons at the University of Rio Grande, where he helped the Red Storm secure a berth in the NAIA National Tournament for the first time since 2003, and a stint at Riverdale High School in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, that ended a 36‑year drought in state tournament appearances.
