Jaxson Davis, the four-star guard who dominated the Illinois high school basketball scene, is set to begin his senior campaign at Monarch Academy in Kansas.

A Record-Breaking Season

During the 2025-2026 season Davis led Warren High School to a 30-win campaign, averaging 23.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 3.5 steals per game. His performance earned him the top ranking among Illinois prospects and the 11th spot nationally among point guards in the 247Sports composite.

A Difficult Decision

After careful consideration, Davis announced his transfer on Instagram, thanking the Warren High School family and teammates while explaining that the EYBL scholastic circuit at Monarch Academy offers the best preparation for collegiate basketball.
