Texas A&M’s baseball program celebrated a milestone as four of its standout players earned spots on the 2026 ABCA/Rawlings All-Region teams, a testament to the squad’s depth and competitiveness in the SEC.

The honors placed Caden Sorrell, Aiden Sims and Clayton Freshcorn on the first team, while Gavin Grahovac received a second-team nod, highlighting the Aggies’ breadth of talent across pitching, hitting and fielding.

Freshman right-hander Clayton Freshcorn proved pivotal in the bullpen, posting a 2.82 earned-run average and converting 12 saves—the most recorded by any SEC reliever this season.

Gavin Grahovac anchored the lineup with a conference-leading slugging percentage, while topping the SEC in home runs, runs batted in and runs scored, underscoring his all-around offensive impact.

Aiden Sims compiled an 8-1 record and delivered a standout shutout against Vanderbilt, showcasing poise and precision that helped shape the team’s pitching staff.
Sorrell’s Record-Breaking Bat
Caden Sorrell etched his name into Texas A&M history by setting program marks with 23 home runs and 20 doubles, figures that placed him among the nation’s most feared hitters.
Looking Ahead to All-America
The 2026 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division I All-America teams will be revealed on June 12, offering the quartet a chance at national accolades after their regional selections.
