Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has kicked off its second employee football league on the outskirts of Changsha, turning the company’s campus into a lively arena of competition and camaraderie.
The tournament brings together 13 teams representing 19 different business units, with more than 30 matches slated to unfold between May 29 and July 3, offering a full‑scale season that mirrors a professional league schedule.

Matches have already featured a showcase game where senior managers joined forces with standout employee players, setting a spirited tone that rippled through the sidelines and into the broader company culture.
Long Baijun, a midfielder on the mining machinery squad and director of the Marketing Promotion Department, said the league provides a rare chance for colleagues from disparate divisions to meet, compete and build trust beyond their everyday responsibilities.
