A weekend of draft‑day excitement
The 2026 Upper Deck NHL Draft is set to unfold at Buffalo’s KeyBank Center on June 26 and 27, bringing together the league’s top prospects and a global audience of hockey fans. The event will be anchored by a Fan Fest that transforms Ticketmaster Alumni Plaza into a hub of food, beverages and entertainment.
One of the most anticipated moments will be the red‑carpet walk for the leading prospects, who will step onto the arena’s main floor before the opening round begins on June 26. All fans attending Round 1 will receive a commemorative hockey card, adding a collectible souvenir to the draft experience.
The festivities extend beyond the draft floor, featuring a Kids Combine that measures grip strength, broad jump and rapid shot, as well as Accuracy Shot Drills and numerous photo‑opportunity stations. Live entertainment from DJ Milk, street‑hockey rinks and skills competitions will keep the energy high throughout the weekend.
On June 27, Rounds 2 through 7 will be conducted, with the Fan Fest continuing to offer its entertainment program throughout the day. The two‑day celebration promises a full‑court homage to the sport, blending on‑ice action with community‑focused activities.
