Texas A&M’s women’s basketball program has released its complete slate of opponents for the 2026‑27 season, a schedule that blends marquee home contests with a demanding road circuit.
The Aggies will open their home slate at Reed Arena against a trio of traditional SEC rivals — Florida, Georgia and Kentucky — while also welcoming Missouri, Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas to College Station throughout the season.
Road Challenges Loom
On the road, Texas A&M will travel to face Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, LSU, Mississippi State, South Carolina, Vanderbilt and the University of Texas, ensuring a rigorous test against some of the nation’s top programs.
The team has designated Texas as its home‑and‑away partner for the season, a partnership that underscores the longstanding rivalry and geographic proximity between the two schools.
The Aggies finished the previous campaign on a high note, winning six of their last seven regular‑season games and rattling off five straight victories heading into the postseason, including three wins over ranked opponents, two of which came away from home.
Adding to the excitement, Texas A&M’s 2026 recruiting class has been ranked No. 22 nationally, and the roster will also welcome four SEC‑experienced transfers, promising depth and experience.
Coach [Name] emphasized that the new talent will complement the returning core, aiming to translate early‑season momentum into a sustained push for postseason play.
