Army football is basking in preseason acclaim after Phil Steele Magazine announced its 2026 American Conference all-star squad, granting the Black Knights a total of ten selections.
First-Team Selections
Quarterback Brady Small and linebacker Jack Bousum earned first-team honors, highlighting the program’s depth at key positions.
Small, a Mount Ephraim native, was seen stretching during the team’s opening spring practice on March 6, 2026, a session that marked the debut of the new East stands at Michie Stadium.
Additional Honorees
The second team includes Kody Harris-Miller, Jaydan Mayes, Parker Poloskey, James Wagenseller and Owen Walter, while Godspower Nwawuihe and Paolo Gennarelli earned third-team recognition. Quarterback Cale Hellums rounds out the list as a fourth-squad selection.
Army will open its 2026 campaign on September 5 against Bryant at Michie Stadium, where the newly unveiled East stands will make their public debut, adding a fresh visual element to the season’s first game.
