A glittering ceremony unfolded last weekend in the sun‑kissed village of Estoi, just outside Faro, where pop star Perrie Edwards said “I do” to Liverpool‑born footballer Alex Oxlade‑Chamberlain.
The couple, both 32, have built a life together that includes a four‑year‑old son and a daughter born earlier this year, turning the nuptials into a family milestone as much as a romantic one.
Edwards delighted guests with three distinct looks, beginning with a lace gown by designer Dana Harel, then a custom minidress from Annie’s Ibiza, before changing again for the reception, while Oxlade‑Chamberlain opted for a classic black tuxedo accented with a white calla lily boutonnière.
A Musical Celebration
The service at the historic Igreja Matriz de Estoi was accompanied by a sextet and a 16‑piece reception band that blended brass flourishes with familiar Little Mix anthems, including a rendition of “Wings” that had the crowd singing along.
Among the invitees were fellow Little Mix members Jade Thirlwall and Leigh‑Anne Pinnock, as well as Oxlade‑Chamberlain’s Celtic teammates Mason Mount, Danny Welbeck and Kieran Gibbs, all of whom gathered to celebrate the high‑profile union.
Reflecting on the day, Edwards called it “the best day of my life — up there with the births of my children,” a sentiment echoed by the champagne‑and‑ice‑cream toast that capped the festivities.
