Allison Quinn joins Morehead State women's basketball staff
Morehead State University has announced the hiring of Allison Quinn as an assistant coach for the women's basketball program, slated to begin the 2026‑27 season. Quinn, a native of North Carolina, brings a blend of playing experience, managerial acumen, and graduate‑level education to the role.
Quinn spent the last two seasons as a Graduate Assistant at Wingate University, where she completed a Master's degree in Sport Management. Prior to that, she served three years as a Manager at North Carolina State University, contributing to a staff that guided the Wolfpack to the Women's Final Four in 2024 and an Elite Eight appearance in the 2022 NCAA Tournament.
During her tenure at NC State, Quinn also earned her Bachelor's of Science in Sport Management in 2024, underscoring a commitment to both practical leadership and academic development. Her high school career at Western Alamance High School in Elon, North Carolina, featured three seasons on the varsity basketball team and participation in three different sports, shaping her competitive spirit and teamwork ethic.
