The College Sports Communicators recently announced its Division I Academic All‑District Men’s At‑Large team, and the Bentley Falcons had three representatives among the honorees.
Jake Black, who topped the team’s scoring chart with 41 points — 19 goals and 22 assists — earned first‑team All‑Atlantic Hockey honors and was also selected to the New England All‑Star roster.

As team captain, Castagna steered Bentley to a second straight AHA championship, contributing 11 goals and 20 assists while earning second‑team All‑Atlantic Hockey honors.
Kellan Hjartarson’s Defensive Excellence
Hjartarson’s reputation as a shutdown specialist shone through his league‑leading 24 assists and 10 goals, earning him the conference’s Best Defensive Forward award.
The three selections highlight the program’s balanced approach, merging on‑ice impact with academic distinction, and set a benchmark for future Falcon cohorts.
