2014 Aggies Football Schedule Unveiled

Texas A&M announced its full slate of games for the 2014 season on Wednesday, confirming a schedule that opens on Aug. 28 with a road test at South Carolina.

The Aggies will begin the campaign in Columbia, S.C., before returning home for their first appearance at Kyle Field on Sept. 6 against Lamar. The renovated Kyle Field is slated to hold roughly 109,000 fans, underscoring the venue’s expanded capacity.

Later in the month, Texas A&M travels to Arlington to meet Arkansas at AT&T Stadium on Sept. 27, a neutral‑site showdown that will showcase the program on a national stage.

The SEC slate continues with matchups against Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Alabama, Auburn and Missouri, before the season culminates on Thanksgiving night with a clash against LSU.

Two bye weeks are built into the calendar — Oct. 25 and Nov. 22 — giving the team extra preparation time ahead of the final stretch.
