Last season Johnson earned four starts at right guard and saw action in all 12 games, finishing the year with 44 offensive snaps against Ohio State and a total of 104 snaps. What stands out is his willingness to line up at left tackle, right guard, center or any of the interior spots, giving the coaching staff a flexible toolbox as they build toward the 2026 season.
The versatility stems from a recruitment journey that began with a verbal pledge to Oregon State before he flipped his commitment to Michigan State.
