Honors and Highlights
The Deseret News has unveiled its 2026 6A All‑State boys soccer team, a roster that reflects the depth of talent across Utah’s premier high school division.
Patrick Stevenson of Lone Peak stands out as the Player of the Year after delivering 13 goals and seven assists, while teammate Sam Parker was selected as the Playoff MVP, posting six shutouts as a first‑team goalkeeper.
Other first‑team forwards include Jack Burrup from Farmington, who netted 19 goals, and Cooper Harwood of Davis, who contributed 12 goals and nine assists, while Brody Tarwater of Mountain Ridge added 15 goals and four assists.
Midfielders such as Blake Stuart and Kasen Smith from Lone Peak and Davis respectively combined five goals and five assists and 11 goals with seven assists, while Drake Arnold of Farmington was praised as the engine of his team's midfield.
Defensive standouts like Kade Mackintosh of Farmington and Oliver Crowley of Lone Peak also made offensive contributions, each recording multiple goals and assists from the back line.
The second team and honorable mentions feature additional stars, including Andrew Morgan and Dax Patrick of Farmington, Kien Cid of Lone Peak, and a host of midfielders and defenders from schools such as Mountain Ridge, Westlake and Bingham, underscoring the competitive balance across the division.
Goalkeepers Bryson Brock of Salt Lake Academy and Kai Bloomfield of Bingham also earned recognition, each posting impressive shutout numbers.
