Hailing from Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic, Jimenez has become a cornerstone of the Golden Eagles’ lineup, posting a .402 batting average that underscores his consistency at the plate.
His statistical footprint is equally impressive: 78 hits, 16 doubles, four triples, 19 home runs and 67 runs batted in have helped him lead the Ohio Valley Conference in RBI while securing second‑place in several other categories, and his 19 homers tie him for eighth in school history for a single season.
The Heisman of Baseball
