The Eastern Buckeye Conference has released its 2026 spring sports all‑star teams, recognizing the top performers in baseball, softball, boys tennis and the track and field events across its member schools.
Baseball Honors
First‑team selections include Hunter Allison, Bo Davis and Braydon Wood, among others, but it was Braydon Wood of Minerva who was crowned the conference’s Player of the Year. Alliance coach Jeff Graffice earned Coach of the Year honors for guiding his squad to a standout season.
Softball Spotlight
The softball all‑star list features first‑team standouts such as Kearsten Ball, Morgane Blaine and Justine Doringo. Doringo, also from Marlington, was selected as the Player of the Year, while Sarah Falkner, also a Marlington coach, was named Coach of the Year.
Tennis and Track Recognition
In boys tennis, Austin Hawk, Damon Edwards and Finn Hassenzahl earned first‑team nods, with Finn Hassenzahl of Marlington taking home the Player of the Year award. Coach Miles Ford was recognized as the conference’s Coach of the Year.
The track and field squads were similarly celebrated, with Rowen Hoffee from Minerva and Lucas Adams from Salem sharing the Player of the Year distinction. Both coaches, Arin Rettig of Minerva for the boys team and Ted Yuhaniak of Salem for the girls team, received Coach of the Year honors.
The conference’s athletic directors praised the breadth of talent across all sports and highlighted the role of these recognitions in spotlighting future collegiate prospects. As the 2026 season unfolds, the selected athletes and coaches will look to build on this momentum in upcoming regional and state competitions.
