According to 247Sports, Cochran is rated an 87 overall prospect and sits as the 30th best power forward nationally, while the 247Sports Composite places him 152nd overall and third among Tennessee prospects.
The recruitment buzz intensified after Cochran completed an official visit to Cincinnati and subsequently received an offer from the University of Virginia. In the past two weeks, Virginia Tech, Vanderbilt, the University of Tennessee, and the University of Oklahoma have all added their names to the list of suitors.
